A summer tradition in Metro Detroit is returning with a renewed sense of purpose and a new setting. On June 8, 2026, the Feldman Automotive Children’s Miracle Celebrity Invitational will take place at Wyndgate Country Club in Rochester Hills, bringing together athletes, entertainers, and community leaders for a day centered on giving back.
Known as the region’s largest celebrity golf event, the outing offers a unique format that pairs participants directly with well known guests. In past years, figures like Mark Wahlberg, Calvin Johnson, and Chris Kirkpatrick have joined the event, helping draw attention to its mission while creating a more personal experience for those involved.
Beyond the star power, the focus remains on supporting children’s health and youth programs. Since 2021, the event has raised more than 7.7 million dollars for pediatric care initiatives through Corewell Health Children’s and for youth services supported by the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation. This year, organizers aim to raise 1.4 million dollars to continue funding essential medical equipment, patient support, and enrichment programs.
As planning continues, the invitational stands as a reminder of how community driven events can make a lasting impact on families both locally and across the country.
