Pistons Plan 313 Day Game With Skilla Baby Performance, Big Sean Merchandise

The Detroit Pistons will throw a 313 Day bash on March 13 when they square off against the Memphis Grizzlies at Little Caesars Arena. Skilla Baby and the Detroit Youth Choir will hit the court at halftime. Big Sean designed exclusive gear for the event, with the assistance of local artists. Fan activities kick off at 5:30 p.m.

Outside activitives commence at 5:30 p.m. Tip-off happens at 7:30 p.m. Fans who arrive before the game can shoot hoops on a Pistons Academy half-court in Chevy Plaza, according to Click On Detroit.

Clean Sneaker Co. will scrub shoes for free and add 313 Day touches to kicks. Cappuccino Man brings drink samples made just for this night. Ally sets up a pop-a-shot zone and gives away photo key chains plus other surprises for families.

Arena doors open at 6 p.m. The first 3,130 people through those doors get the fourth edition of the Pistons 313 Day chain, brought to fans by Ally.

Ally will also run a hat station on the concourse where fans can add patches from Ink Detroit, while supplies hold out. A local nonprofit fair will take over the upper concourse, spotlighting six groups that got "Relentless Player of the Game" donations for their work across Metro Detroit.

The franchise teamed up with Big Sean again this year—he's the team's creative director of global experience—to create the DETailed Design capsule with local artists Jay Kopicki, Juliana Rabban, and Dior Leggette. The collection drops an in-arena hat designed by the rapper, plus four T-shirts from the three artists and Big Sean.

Fans can grab items from the 313 Day capsule at Pistons313Shop.com and at the Team Store inside the arena starting March 13.

The team will announce the winner of the Pistons Swag Contest, presented by Hutch's Jewelry, during the game. Four finalists made it through from video submissions for a shot at a grand prize that includes a $30,000 diamond chain from Hutch's Jewelry, a pair of Cartier Wires, a logo medallion, and a swag prize pack.
