This November, the city of Detroit is hosting a calendar of events that highlight and honor the work of those in the creative, innovative, and artistic industries. Motor City Comic Con's Fall Edition, Creator Con Detroit 2025, and Bignamini Conducts Mozart and Beethoven are prime opportunities to celebrate pop culture, entrepreneurial spirit, and world-class music in the city this weekend, and there's more happening besides. Motor City Comic Con, Fall Edition
- What: Michigan's ultimate pop culture fan convention
- When: Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, from noon to 7 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Where: Suburban Collection Showplace, 46100 Grand River Ave., Novi
- Cost: Friday $35, Saturday $45, Sunday $40, weekend general admission $100, weekend VIP $275, with reduced tickets available for children
Motor City Comic Con (MC3) is Michigan's premier pop culture convention, held twice yearly at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi. Since its inception in 1989, the event has grown into one of the largest gatherings of its type, attracting tens of thousands of people. Each edition features hundreds of vendors, artists, and celebrity guests from the worlds of comics, movies, television, gaming, and more.
Creator Con Detroit 2025
- What: Where innovation, creativity, and industry connect
- When: Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Where: Huntington Place, 1 Washington Blvd., Detroit

Creator Con Detroit is a dynamic conference that brings together creators, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals from industries such as technology, fashion, real estate, hospitality, and content creation to learn, connect, and grow. With engaging, expert panels, hands-on workshops, networking opportunities, and entertainment, the conference is focused on igniting innovation and inspiring creators to take their brands and businesses to the next level.
Bignamini Conducts Mozart and Beethoven
- What: A powerful celebration of classical masterworks

Bignamini Conducts Mozart and Beethoven brings the brilliance of two classical masters to life under the direction of Jader Bignamini, with pianist Francesco Piemontesi joining the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. The concert features Beethoven's thrilling Coriolan Overture and Piano Concerto No. 1, along with one of Mozart's most expansive and emotional works, Symphony No. 40.
