Starting October 9, 2025, Little Caesars Arena marks a century of Red Wings hockey with fresh uniforms, updated menus, and special items for fans.
"It's a dream come true, you grow up in Detroit, rooting for the Detroit Red Wings," said Asia Gholston, Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing at Illitch Sports and Entertainment, according to WXYZ.
Players will sport centennial uniforms in twelve matchups this season. The jerseys mix old Detroit Falcons designs with a special patch marking 100 years.
Chef Troy Michalkiewicz brings Detroit's food spirit to the arena. His kitchen turns out 14-day aged pastrami, steaming ramen, and fresh shawarma. Each dish tells part of the city's story.
The bar staff mixes drinks that toast team history. Fans can sip the "Roaring Red" in October, taste the "Dynasty on Ice" by November, and chill with a "Fedorov Freeze" come January.
Suite guests will find smoke-scented short ribs wheeled right to their seats. Sweet treats include ice cream sandwiches packed with Mackinaw Island fudge. Special skate-shaped cups hold drinks, each one stamped with the 100-year mark.
Tiny Turnip, BroDenim, and Hockeytown Originals stock the shops with fresh gear. The designs show off eleven titles won across seven decades of NHL dominance.
When November hits, the Hockeytown Centennial Fanfest brings back fifty hockey heroes from years past. Sergei Fedorov's big night comes next January.
"This is Hockeytown and the Red Wings and this market, 11-time Stanley Cup champions, looking forward to celebrating that this season," said Spencer Ambrosius, Senior Vice President of Ticket Sales and Premium.
The arena shop opens its doors October 9. Can't make it there? Check out their online store at shophockeytown.com.
