Music will fill the streets of Ann Arbor on September 26, 2025. The city plans a free festival just one day before the first concert at Michigan Stadium.

Starting at 4 p.m., bands will take over Main Street, Liberty Street, and William Street. The music won't stop until 10 p.m. Musicians from across Michigan will show off their skills at this street party.

The next day marks a turning point - the Big House opens its gates to more than 100,000 fans for its first stadium concert. This street festival kicks off what promises to be an unforgettable weekend.

The six-hour bash puts state talent front and center. The mix of music, food, and shopping creates a block party feel.

The Big House has stood since 1927, hosting football games and school events. Now, after 98 years, it breaks new ground with its first major musical act.

City officials expect packed streets as visitors pour in for both events. The back-to-back shows transform Ann Arbor into a music hub for an entire weekend.

Safety comes first. Event staff have worked with police and medical teams to prep for the crowds. Barricades will block traffic hours before the first note plays.
